We collect the full name and email address you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our newsletter or requesting a guidance session, as well as technical browsing data (IP address, browser, visited pages).
2. Purpose of processing
Your data is used to send you the requested 2026 guide, coordinate your guidance session, send you informational communications related to personal and business finance, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent provided when completing our forms, and on the legitimate interest of Aventurape S.A.C. to manage the relationship with the user.
4. Retention
We retain your data for a maximum of five (5) years from the last interaction, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to privacidad@aventurape.com. Requests are addressed within a maximum of twenty (20) business days.
